ATA Tigers

Ages 4-6
Classes specifically designed for our youngest students where they will learn coordination, discipline, respect, and self defense all while having fun.

Karate for Kids

Karate for Kids

Ages 7-12
Students will learn to better themselves both mentally and physically through self defense and life skills training that will help them in their daily lives.

ATA Shield

Teen & Adult Taekwondo

Ages 13 & up
Through intense physical training, students will learn many different ways to defend themselves as well as improve their physical fitness level.

ATA Leadership Now
Leadership Classes for All Ages

The mission of ATA Leadership NOW is to create leaders to meet the Needs of Our World, adept in the core life skills necessary for success. Leadership students learn the importance of leading by example both in the Taekwondo class and in life.

CLASS TIMES: Mondays from 5:15-6:00pm, Wednesdays from 6:00-6:45pm and

Saturdays from 11:45am-12:30pm.

ATA Fit
ATA Fit Classes

Ages 14 and up
Cardio kickboxing classes for both men and women that increase cardio and build strength using ATA based training. This class incorporates both cardio exercises with martial arts techniques to provide a unique workout that will challenge people of all fitness levels.

CLASS TIMES: Mondays from 7:00-7:45 pm
